The second
series of classes in Yukon Presbytery's Commissioned Lay Pastor's Program was
held in January. Two classes, one in Bible and one in Pastoral Care were
conducted at First Church, Anchorage, January 8-12, 2001 taught respectively by
Revs. David Dobler and Janice Stamper. |

As
we move into the next cycle of classes, we invite the participation
of other members of Yukon Presbytery-clergy and laity-to join with
us as teachers in this program. |

Two
other classes, one in Reformed Theology and one in Church Polity were
conducted at Savoonga Presbyterian Church, January 15-19, 2001 taught by
Rev. Richard Oman. |
